During the Spring of 2020, Nate Taylor was sitting on his couch at home adhering to the stay-at-home orders put in place by the Nevada’s Governor; due to the coronavirus. After being home for a little over a month, Nate was getting really bored. His day job as a hospitality consultant was basically sidelined; after all casinos, bars, and restaurants were ordered to close.
Nate remembered that he had a salsa recipe created many years ago. Knowing that so many folks were stuck at home and still needed to snack and eat; Nate made a few jars of salsa. Initially, Nate shared his salsa with a few neighbors and some close friends—when all of a sudden he was getting requests for more. The unique taste and organic make-up of the salsa started spreading by word of mouth…soon the orders were backed up for weeks. Nate realized he had something people really wanted—it was then Nate’s Salsa Co. was born!
